The academy in conjunction with the player will create a schedule of tournaments (between 15 and 20 per year). The academy will enroll the player into each of these tournaments, accompany the player to each match and hold

a debriefing with the player at the end of the match.

A report is then prepared and presented to the coaches of the academy in order for them to adjust future training sessions or prepare a new match strategy if needed.
